Abstract:
A method and an apparatus for enhancing a flammability performance of flammable liquid are disclosed. Various flammable liquid including alcohol, kerosene, light oil, gasoline, edible oil, waste oil, mixed oil or something are contact-reacted with a lump of dolomite or a lump of lime stone under 50~350°C for thereby forcibly vaporizing the same, and the vaporized substance is condensed and liquidified, so flammable liquid having an enhanced flammability performance is produced, and it is inputted into a thermal medium oil heating apparatus and is heated at 40~350°C, which leads to an enhanced flammability performance by increasing vaporization. So, a perfect combustion is obtained for thereby maximizing an energy efficiency and obtaining an energy saving effect and an environment pollution prevention effect.

Claims

[1] A method for enhancing flammability performance of flammable liquid, comprising: a step in which various flammable liquid including alcohol, kerosene, light oil, gasoline, edible oil, waste oil, mixed oil or something are inputted into a treatment apparatus 3 and is forcibly contacted with a lump of dolomite or a lump of limestone at 50~350°C for thereby vaporizing the same; a step in which the vaporized substance is transferred to a condenser 2 and is condensed therein for thereby producing a flammable liquid fuel, and a liquid fuel is stored in a storing container 4 formed in a lower side of the condenser; and a step in which the liquid fuel stored in the storing container 4 is transferred to a heating container 5 heated at 40~350°C by means of a thermal medium oil heating apparatus and is heated at 40~350°C.

[2] A method for enhancing flammability performance of flammable liquid characterized in that a flammable liquid produced by heating and reacting a lump of limestone or a lump of dolomite is mixed with anthracite powder or mixed with sulfur powder, and a solid fuel is prepared with the help of a means for mixing the above compounds and is inputted into a combustion chamber having a thermal medium oil heating apparatus and is heated at 40~350°C, so that a vaporization operation and flammability performance are enhanced, and a perfect combustion is obtained for thereby maximizing an energy efficiency, and an energy saving function is obtained.

[3] A method for enhancing flammability performance of flammable liquid characterized in that a flammable liquid is directly inputted into a thermal medium oil heating apparatus and is selectively heated at 40~350°C for thereby enhancing vaporization and flammability performance and an energy efficiency.

[4] An apparatus for enhancing flammability performance of flammable liquid characterized in that an electrical heater H is installed by providing a thermal medium oil 300 between the walls formed of an inner wall 301 and an outer wall 302 of a treatment chamber 3a, and a management apparatus Hl manages said electrical heater by means of a computer method, and an outer lid 305 opened and closed by means of a cylinder 304 is engaged in an inlet port 303, and a screw 306a is provided in a transportation pipe 306 communicating with the outer lid 305, and a standby part 308 opened and closed by means of an opening and closing door 307 is formed in an inner side of the transportation pipe, and an inner side opening and closing door 309 is disposed in a lower side, and an agitating

chamber 312 having a screw 311 driven by means of a hydraulic motor M is provided in a bottom of the treatment chamber 3a, and a sealing door 314 is provided in an outlet port 313, and an engaging bolt nut 315 and 315a are engaged, and a filtering net 316 is provided in an inlet portion of one side of a ceiling of the treatment chamber 3 a, and a discharge pipe 317 having an opening and closing valve 317a is installed, and a treatment apparatus 3 of which one end is connected with a condenser 2 is formed of a pressure meter 318 and a thermometer 319, and flammable liquid is inputted in the interior of the treatment chamber by less than half, and a treatment agent A such as a lump of limestone of a diameter of 10~30cm or a lump of dolomite of a diameter of 10~35cm is inputted by 5~50weight% with respect to the total amount of flammable liquid and is sealed and heated at 50~350°C, and a flammable liquid is vaporized, and the discharge port is opened, and the vaporizing substance is transferred to the condenser 2, and the liquidified liquid fuel is stored in the storing container 4, and a thermal medium oil 300 is stored in the wall, and a heating apparatus formed of a heat detector 5a and an automatic switch 5b is provided, and the fuel is stored in the heating container 5 which is able to keep the inner temperature at 40~350°C.

[5] The apparatus of claim 4, wherein a combustion chamber of the thermal medium oil heating apparatus is heated by means of an electrical heater with a thermal medium oil being stored in an outer surface of the combustion chamber, and a grate 51 is engaged in a bottom of the combustion chamber 50, and a blower 52 is provided.

METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR ENHANCING FLAMMABILITY PERFORMANCE OF FLAMMABLE LIQUID

Technical Field

[1] The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for enhancing a flammability performance of flammable liquid. Various flammable liquid including alcohol, kerosene, light oil, gasoline, edible oil, waste oil, mixed oil or something are contact-reacted with a lump of dolomite or a lump of lime stone under 50~350°C for thereby forcibly vaporizing the same, and the vaporized substance is condensed and liquidified, so flammable liquid having an enhanced flammability performance is produced, and it is inputted into a thermal medium oil heating apparatus and is heated at 40~350°C, which leads to an enhanced flammability performance by increasing vaporization. So, a perfect combustion is obtained for thereby maximizing an energy efficiency and obtaining an energy saving effect and an environment pollution prevention effect.

[2] In addition, the present invention makes it possible to maximize an energy efficiency and an energy saving effect along with a perfect combustion by increasing vaporization and enhancing a flammability performance as flammable liquid is directly inputted into a thermal medium oil heating apparatus and is selectively heated in a range of 40~350°C.

[3] The present invention further makes it possible to manufacture a solid fuel by mixing a flammable liquid liquidified by heating and reacting a lump of limestone or a lump of dolomite with anthracite powder or with sulfur or with the help of a means for mixing the above substances, and the mixture so prepared is inputted into a combustion chamber having a thermal medium oil heating apparatus and is burnt in a heated state for thereby performing a perfect combustion along with an enhanced vaporization operation and an enhanced flammability performance while maximizing an energy efficiency and an energy saving effect

Background Art

[5] In a conventional art, it is known that various flammable liquid including alcohol, kerosene, light oil, gasoline, edible oil, waste oil, mixed oil or something are prepared while keeping the best quality during its preparation process. However, various impurities may be inputted due to several limitations in a fining facility, a given environment, a use condition, a unit cost or something, such various flammable liquid are sold with nor substantial flammable performance.

[6] Since it is impossible to maintain the best quality in the conventional flammable liquid, so a perfect combustion cannot be achieved, which leads to an increasing energy consumption and a worsening environment pollution.

Disclosure of Invention Technical Problem

[8] The present invention basically makes it possible to enhance a flammability performance of a flammable liquid by means of the most economical method while overcoming the problems encountered in the conventional art for thereby preparing a product with an enhanced flammability performance. During consumption, the product so prepared is inputted into a thermal medium oil heating apparatus and is heated for thereby enhancing a vaporization operation and a flammability performance, which leads to a perfect consumption and an enhanced energy efficiency.

Technical Solution

[10] The present invention makes it possible to forcibly contact a selected flammable liquid with a lump of limestone or a lump of dolomite at 50~350°C for thereby vaporizing the same, and the vaporizing substance is condensed for thereby obtaining fined flammable liquid. When the flammable liquid so prepared is used, it is inputted into a heating container for heating up to 50~350°C with the help of a thermal medium heating apparatus, so it is possible to enhance an energy efficiency with the help of a perfect combustion while enhancing a vaporization operation and a flammability performance.

Advantageous Effects

[11] It should be appreciated that a pure and fined flammable liquid can be manufactured as flammable liquid is forcibly contacted with a lump of limestone or a lump of dolomite at 50~350°C and is heat-reacted and vaporized, so the impurities contained in the flammable liquid are purified, and the vaporizing substance is condensed. Since the vaporization operation is excellent when in use, the flammability performance is enhanced. When in combustion, no environment pollution substances are produced, and calorie is high, and an enhanced energy saving effect is obtained.

[12] In the present invention, a thermal medium oil is inputted into a heating apparatus 5 having a heat detector 5a and an automatic switch 5b and is heated at 40~350°C, so the vaporization operation and flammability performance are maximized, and a perfect combustion is obtained, and an electric energy can be saved, and the present invention can be reliably applied to an industry fuel and a boiler fuel and a vehicle fuel.

[13] In addition, flammable liquid and coal are mixed so as to manufacture a solid fuel or

the flammable liquid of the present invention is mixed with sulfur so as to manufacture a solid fuel or a mixture of coal powder and sulfur powder is mixed with flammable liquid so as to manufacture a solid fuel, and the mixture so prepared is inputted into a combustion chamber having a thermal medium oil heating apparatus and is heated up to 40~350°C for thereby burning the same and enhancing its vaporization and flammability, which leads to a perfect combustion by using the solid fuel so prepared. The solid fuel so prepared does not produce smoke pollution during a combustion process, so it can be supplied for an industry fuel and a home fuel. In particular, the fuel so prepared can be used as a fuel in a home boiler, an industry boiler or a boiler used in a resident complex. It is economically advantageous that the fuel so prepared can be used as a fuel of machine, reforging and iron manufacture.

Best Mode for Carrying Out the Invention

[19] In the present invention, a method for enhancing flammability performance of flammable liquid comprises a step in which various flammable liquid including alcohol, kerosene, light oil, gasoline, edible oil, waste oil, mixed oil or something are inputted into a treatment apparatus 3 and is forcibly contacted with a lump of dolomite or a lump of limestone at 50~350°C for thereby vaporizing the same; a step in which the vaporized substance is transferred to a condenser 2 and is condensed therein for thereby producing a flammable liquid fuel, and a liquid fuel is stored in a storing container 4 formed in a lower side of the condenser; and a step in which the liquid fuel stored in the storing container 4 is transferred to a heating container 5 heated at 40~350°C by means of a thermal medium oil heating apparatus and is heated at 40~350°C.

[20] The apparatus for enhancing flammability performance of flammable liquid according to the present invention is characterized in that an electrical heater H is installed by providing a thermal medium oil 300 between the walls formed of an inner wall 301 and an outer wall 302 of a treatment chamber 3a, and a management apparatus Hl manages said electrical heater by means of a computer method, and an

outer lid 305 opened and closed by means of a cylinder 304 is engaged in an inlet port 303, and a screw 306a is provided in a transportation pipe 306 communicating with the outer lid 305, and a standby part 308 opened and closed by means of an opening and closing door 307 is formed in an inner side of the transportation pipe, and an inner side opening and closing door 309 is disposed in a lower side, and an agitating chamber 312 having a screw 311 driven by means of a hydraulic motor M is provided in a bottom of the treatment chamber 3a, and a sealing door 314 is provided in an outlet port 313, and an engaging bolt nut 315 and 315a are engaged, and a filtering net 316 is provided in an inlet portion of one side of a ceiling of the treatment chamber 3 a, and a discharge pipe 317 having an opening and closing valve 317a is installed, and a treatment apparatus 3 of which one end is connected with a condenser 2 is formed of a pressure meter 318 and a thermometer 319, and flammable liquid is inputted in the interior of the treatment chamber by less than half, and a treatment agent A such as a lump of limestone of a diameter of 10~30cm or a lump of dolomite of a diameter of 10~35cm is inputted by 5~50weight% with respect to the total amount of flammable liquid and is sealed and heated at 50~350°C, and a flammable liquid is vaporized, and the discharge port is opened, and the vaporizing substance is transferred to the condenser 2, and the liquidified liquid fuel is stored in the storing container 4, and a thermal medium oil 300 is stored in the wall, and a heating apparatus formed of a heat detector 5a and an automatic switch 5b is provided, and the fuel is stored in the heating container 5 which is able to keep the inner temperature at 40~350°C.

[21] In the present invention, a flammable liquid produced by heating and reacting a lump of limestone or a lump of dolomite is mixed with anthracite powder or mixed with sulfur powder, and the solid fuel 1 is prepared with the help of a means for mixing the above compounds and is inputted into the combustion chamber 50 having a thermal medium oil heating apparatus and is heated at 40~350°C, so that a vaporization operation and flammability performance are enhanced, and a perfect combustion is obtained for thereby maximizing an energy efficiency, and an energy saving function is obtained by applying high temperature heat to a target.

[22] In the present invention, a flammable liquid is directly inputted into the thermal medium oil heating apparatus 5 and is selectively heated at 40~350°C for thereby enhancing a vaporization and flammability performance and an energy saving efficiency. The thermal medium oil heating apparatus is preferably installed in a fuel supply unit of a vehicle, a fuel supply unit of a ship and a fuel supply unit of a boiler including various combustion containers.
