Abstract:
Disclosed are a method and apparatus for focusing, and an electronic device. The method comprises: acquiring phase information detected respectively by at least four groups of phase detection pixels that an image sensor comprises, where the at least four groups of phase detection pixels are arranged in different directions relative to a target pixel on the image sensor; determining phase difference information in at least two directions on the basis of the phase information of the at least four groups of phase detection pixels; and focusing, on the basis of the phase difference information in the at least two directions, a camera module to which the image sensor belongs.
