Abstract:
The device to form metal frames for reinforced concrete provides for feeding at least one iron rod (4) through at least one hole (10) that has its axis essentially orthogonal to the working surface (5) of a stirrups forming machine (1) and for shaping a first stirrup (3) through a bending unit (6). The fastening of the iron rod (4) has to be operated, in suitable phase relation, to the first stirrup (3) and the disjunction of this first stirrup (3) from the raw material (13) fed to the stirrups forming machine (1). It is then operated the step-by-step feed of the iron rod (4), and it is operated in sequence the shaping and the fastening of further stirrups (3), to shape a pre-cage (12) preliminary to the frame to realize, in which all the stirrups (3) are fastened to the iron rod (4).
