Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for improving the transmission performance of an NR eMBB service. The method comprises: sending, to a core network, information indicating that negotiation of an MTU is supported; receiving parameters for supporting the MTU that are sent by the core network, and determining that the core network supports the negotiation of the MTU; receiving query information sent by a base station, and sending, to the base station, the information indicating that the negotiation of the MTU is supported; receiving physical layer resources allocated by the base station, and determining a physical layer resource according to the information indicating that the negotiation of the MTU is supported; and reporting the physical layer resource, and determining the value of the MTU according to the physical layer resource.
