Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application are a method and apparatus in a communication node used for wireless communication. The method comprises: a communication node triggers a first-type buffer status report; and after a behavior triggers a first-type buffer status report, sending a first MAC PDU, wherein the first MAC PDU comprises at least a first MAC CE; the first MAC CE indicates K1 pieces of data volume information; the K1 pieces of data volume information are respectively for K1 objects; first data volume information is a piece of data volume information among the K1 pieces of data volume information; a first object is one of the K1 objects; the first data volume information is for the first object; and the position of the first data volume information in the first MAC CE depends on temporal information of at least one of the K1 objects. The solution of data volume information reporting based on temporal information provided in the present application can reduce the scheduling delay, and improve the scheduling performance.
