Abstract:
Provided are a method and apparatus for indicating data transmission, which relate to the technical field of communications, and are used for improving, by means of indicating, to a terminal, a transmission mode of and a transmission resource for data to be transmitted, the quality of said data that is subsequently transmitted by the terminal. The solution is applied to a terminal and comprises: sending first small data and a first message to a network device, wherein the first message is used for indicating that a terminal subsequently has data to be transmitted; receiving first information and/or second information from the network device, wherein the first information is used for indicating a transmission mode of said data, and the second information indicates a transmission resource for transmitting said data; and sending said data to the network device according to the transmission mode and/or the transmission resource.
