Abstract:
A method and apparatus for indicating uplink power, the method comprising: a terminal device receives a reference signal, wherein the reference signal comprises K1 bits of a first sequence, the first sequence is used to indicate uplink power of the terminal device, the number of bits of the first sequence is greater than two, and K1 is less than or equal to the number of bits of the first sequence; and the terminal device determines the uplink power according to the reference signal. Therefore, a radio access network device may indicate higher-precision uplink power to the terminal device.
