Abstract:
A method and apparatus for intelligently reserving a parking space. The method for intelligently reserving a parking space comprises: receiving an inquiry message that is sent by at least one terminal, the inquiry message being used for inquiring whether an empty space is present in parking lots within a first preset range in which a destination to be reached is located (310); according to the inquiry message that is sent by the at least one terminal, respectively querying empty space information of the parking lots within the first present range in which the destination to be reached is located, and acquiring a query result (320); feeding back the query result to a corresponding terminal among the at least one terminal respectively such that a user determines, according to the query result, whether to reserve a parking space in a parking lot within the first preset range in which the destination to be reached is located (330); when the user determines to reserve the parking space in the parking lot within the first preset range in which the destination to be reached is located, receiving reservation information that is sent by means of the terminal (340); according to the reservation information, reserving the parking space for the user (350). Thus, the present invention solves the technical problem wherein no spaces in which to park are available when a user reaches a certain parking lot.
