Abstract:
Embodiments of the present application relate to the technical field of communications, and particularly relate to a method and apparatus for inter-cell interference coordination, a server, and a storage medium. The method for inter-cell interference coordination comprises: obtaining a policy information table of a target cell in a next cycle, the policy information table comprising a first cycle preference policy of the target cell and a second cycle preference policy of each coherent cell of the target cell; obtaining a cluster state of the target cell according to the first cycle preference policy and the second cycle preference policies; and determining an interference coordination policy of the target cell in the next cycle according to the first cycle preference policy and the cluster state.
