Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for joining fabrics for car seats and, to an apparatus for manufacturing car seats, comprising: a transfer part (A) for transferring leather or textile fabric seats for car seats; a pattern formation part (C) for forming patterns on the transferred fabric seats; an adhesive application part (B) for applying an adhesive to the fabric seats; a joining part (D) for joining polyurethane foam with the fabric seats on which the patterns are formed at the pattern formation part and the adhesive is applied; and a curing part (E) for curing car seats in which the fabric seats and the polyurethane foam are joined, wherein the pattern formation part (C) comprises a pattern formation roller in which a plurality of patterns are longitudinally formed in advance on one roller so as to form patterns on the fabric seats without replacing formation rollers for each pattern, and thus patterns can be formed on fabric seat pieces, which are cut into leather or textile fabric for car seats, by means of one pattern formation roller having a plurality of required patterns formed thereon, so that the pattern formation rollers do not have to be replaced for each pattern according to changes in fabric seat patterns, thereby allowing productivity to improve, and the fabric seat pieces, which have patterns formed thereon, are joined with a foam member made of a synthetic resin material, thereby reducing fabric seat loss.
