Abstract:
A method and apparatus for joint data processing by two parties for protecting data privacy. A first party holds an original matrix composed of private data, and a second party holds a number n of original vectors composed of private data. The method comprises: the first party receiving an encrypted comprehensive vector from the second party, the encrypted comprehensive vector being obtained by encrypting a comprehensive vector using a public key of the second party and using a homomorphic encryption algorithm, the comprehensive vector being a combination of mapping results of the n original vectors in n corresponding computing spaces, the n computing spaces being different and isolated from each other; determining an encrypted result vector using the original matrix and the encrypted comprehensive vector; at least on the basis of the encrypted result vector, determining a data processing result, and sending the data processing result to the second party, so that the second party obtains a multiplication calculation result of the original matrix and the n original vectors according to the data processing result.
