Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for manufacturing a micro-molded product by using a metal wire. The method for manufacturing a micro-molded product by using a metal wire comprises the steps of: supplying a metal wire to a molding device by using the behavior of a magneto-rheological (MR) fluid according to the application or the interruption of a magnetic field; and manufacturing the metal wire into a molded product. According to the present invention, the method and the apparatus for manufacturing the micro-molded product can manufacture fine three-dimensional parts having a size of several tens of micrometers to several millimeters so as to mass-produce fine parts, and can be applied to microrobots, microsystem parts, biomedical system parts, electronic device parts, and the like.
