Abstract:
The present invention provides a method and apparatus for manufacturing a structure having porous cells using cores, wherein the manufacturing process is fast, thus enhancing productivity, and the adhesiveness with which a large number of cores are fixed to each other is further enhanced to produce a structure having porous cells having high structural strength. According to the method and apparatus for manufacturing a structure having porous cells according to the present invention, cores of a certain length are formed by forming a coating layer on the outer circumferential surface of the cores by using a solid adhesive having a lower melting point than the cores, a large number of the cores coated with the coating layer are accommodated in a laminating frame and laminated in the left-right and up-down directions on the basis of the longitudinal direction of the cores, the large number of cores that are laminated in the laminating frame while being pressed in the left-right and up-down directions are heated to a temperature at which the coating layer melts, after which the heating is stopped, the molten coating layer is cooled and cured (solidified) to adhere and fix the large number of cores to each other, and the large number of cores are cut into the shape of a structure for use.
