Abstract:
A method for monitoring a sleep environment, comprising: measuring a temperature T1 of a sleep environment (S21); calculating a temperature difference ΔT between the T1 and a body temperature T2 of a baby in the sleep environment (S22); according to the ΔT, determining whether the sleep environment affects the health of the baby (S23); and, when the sleep environment affects the health of the baby, issuing warning information (S24). According to the body temperature of the baby and the temperature of the environment where the baby is, the temperature difference between the body temperature of the baby and the environment temperature can be determined; whether the current environment affects the baby is determined on the basis of the temperature difference; and when the current environment affects the baby, prompt information is sent to a caregiver of the baby, so as to make the caregiver check the sleep environment of the baby, thus effectively avoiding the situation that the baby is too cold or too hot, and improving the sleep quality of the baby. Further disclosed are an apparatus (50, 60) for monitoring a sleep environment, a crib (1), and a storage medium.
