Abstract:
The present invention provides a method and apparatus for preparing slightly acidic electrolyzed water having a controllable and stable concentration. The method comprises: adjusting a liquid adding speed of a first liquid adding apparatus according to a difference value between a measured voltage Umeasured and a control voltage Ucontrol in an electrolytic cell, so that the first liquid adding apparatus adds an electrolytic stock solution to the electrolytic cell in real time, so as to prepare slightly acidic electrolyzed water having a controllable and stable concentration. The apparatus comprises an electrolytic stock solution reservoir, an electrolytic cell, and a first mixer that are sequentially connected; a first liquid adding apparatus is connected in series between the electrolytic stock solution reservoir and the electrolytic cell; and a current and voltage control unit and a current and voltage measurement unit are separately connected to the electrolytic cell. The method and apparatus for preparing slightly acidic electrolyzed water having the controllable and stable concentration provided by the present invention overcome the defects that the existing prepared slightly acidic electrolyzed water is uncontrollable and unstable in concentration and low in effective power.
