Abstract:
A method for producing a containerized soup (100), comprises: washing a container (103); supplying a compounding liquid (121) that is stored in a compounding tank (13) and will constitute a soup (102) into the washed container (103); supplying freeze-dried solids (122), which will constitute the soup (102) together with the compounding liquid (121), to the washed container (103) before filling with the compounding liquid (121), or into the container (103) filled with the compounding liquid (121); sealing the container (103) filled with the compounding liquid (121) and the solids (122); and retorting the sealed container (103).
