Abstract:
Disclosed are a method and apparatus for providing a workout guide video. The present method for providing a workout guide video comprises: recognizing a posture of a user while the workout guide video including repeated movements is displayed, a step for comparing the posture of the user with a reference posture corresponding to the posture of the user and included in the workout guide video; and ending the displaying of the workout guide video when the degree of similarity between the posture of the user and the reference posture is less than a reference value for a certain period of time.
