Abstract:
Provided in embodiments of the present invention are a method and an apparatus for random access control, and a mobile terminal. The method comprises: when a mobile terminal initiates a random access process to a first cell, determining whether a high standard network of the first cell is successfully accessed; if not, adjusting reselection parameters of the first cell, to reduce the probability of the first cell to be selected; reselecting a cell, to obtain a second cell; initiating a random access process to the second cell, to access a high standard network of the second cell. The present invention can increase the probability of a mobile terminal accessing a high standard network, and improve the stability of network access, thereby improving user's internet browsing experience.
