Abstract:
A method for risk management and control which relates to the field of financial technology, comprising: when performing risk management and control according to a microexpression of a user, and when determined according to data related to a biological feature of the user that the user has revealed an irregular microexpression, determining whether a received service request is a normal service request or an abnormal service request according to communication information of an electronic device of the user, and when determined that the service request is an abnormal service request, not responding to the service request. Risk control can be implemented according to communication information of an electronic device of a user when the user is banking, effectively preventing the situation in which the user loses money due to telecommunication fraud. Also provided is an apparatus for implementing the method for risk management and control, a computer apparatus, and a storage medium.
