Abstract:
A method and an apparatus for scheduling terminal radio resources are disclosed. This embodiment relates to a method and an apparatus for selecting a radio resource to be allocated to a mobile station by predicting a variation in delay time that may be caused when a packet is transmitted between the terminal and a server in a mobile communication network, and maximizing the efficiency of the packet transmission between the terminal and the server by transmitting information on the delay to the server and the terminal.
