Abstract:

The present disclosure is applied in the technical field of wireless communications. Provided are a method and apparatus for sending or monitoring downlink control information, and a device and a readable storage medium. The method for monitoring downlink control information comprises: when it is determined that there is no downlink scheduling data transmission in an on duration in a connected discontinuous reception (C-DRX) mode, not monitoring a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH), and entering a sleep state and monitoring a low-power wake-up signal.
