Abstract:
The present application relates to the field of communications. Disclosed are a method and apparatus for service switching, and a network device. The method comprises: sending first switching request information to a core network function by a source access network node, the first switching request information comprising a first container and a second container, the first container carrying protocol data unit (PDU) session related information of a user equipment (UE), and the second container carrying multicast/broadcast service (MBS) service or session related first information of the UE.
