Abstract:
A method and apparatus for solving light leakage of a display. The method comprises: a display mode acquisition step (S001) of acquiring a current picture display mode of a display; and a brightness adjustment step (S002) of adjusting a brightness value of a display region of the display according to the picture display mode, wherein the display region is an edge region of the screen of the display. The apparatus comprises: a display mode acquisition module (301) for acquiring a current picture display mode of a display; and a brightness adjustment step module (302) for adjusting a brightness value of a display region of the display according to the picture display mode, wherein the display region is an edge region of the screen of the display. By adjusting a lightness value of an edge region of the screen of a display, light leakage of the display is solved. Thus, the costs for solving light leakage of the display are reduced.
