The present disclosure relates to a method, apparatus and system for indicating and acquiring the number of repeated PUCCH transmissions. The method comprises: configuring a plurality of PUCCH resources for a user equipment by means of radio resource control signaling; determining, by using a predetermined rule, the number of repeated transmissions that corresponds to each PUCCH resource; determining the current number of repeated transmissions regarding the user equipment performing PUCCH transmission; determining the current resource index number of a resource, which corresponds to the current number of repeated transmissions and is used by the user equipment to perform PUCCH transmission; and sending the current resource index number to the user equipment, and indicating the current number of repeated transmissions by means of the current resource index number, so that the user equipment decodes the current resource index number to determine the current number of repeated transmissions. In the present disclosure, a base station can dynamically configure the number of repeated PUCCH transmissions without increasing DCI overheads, thereby improving the uplink resource utilization efficiency and transmission performance.
