Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of communications, and provides a method, apparatus and system for monitoring the Internet of things, and a computer storage medium. The method comprises: sending first monitoring information to an Internet of things system; receiving second monitoring information returned from the Internet of things system; determining an operation state of a service of the Internet of things system according to the first monitoring information and the second monitoring information. According to the present invention, monitoring messages can be set according to service requirements of a user, to cover the service flow of an Internet of things system; the operation state of the Internet of things system can be comprehensively monitored; system service monitoring can be achieved; and normal operation of the Internet of things system can be effectively ensured.
