Abstract:

A method, apparatus and system for user equipment handover are provided by the present invention. The method comprises the following steps: obtaining address information of an interworking function entity with which a user equipment registers, by interaction between a mobility management entity and a function entity in a network architecture; notifying the interworking function entity to process handover, according to the obtained address information of the interworking function entity. So a mobility management entity is able to obtain the address information of an interworking function entity with which a user equipment registers. It is ensured that a user equipment handover procedure is normally performed under the scene of circuit switched domain services over evolved packet system (CSoEPS).
