Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a method, apparatus, transmitter and receiver for transmitting and receiving synchronization signals. The method comprises: obtaining air interface state information; determining a target transmission period of a synchronization signal to be transmitted on the basis of the air interface state information; and transmitting the synchronization signal to be transmitted on the basis of the target transmission period. The technical solution of the present disclosure may achieve a transmitter dynamically adjusting the transmission period of a synchronization signal on the basis of the use condition of air interface resources so as to reduce the expenditure of synchronization signals when air interface resources are in short supply, thus resolving the problem of air interface resources being in short supply.
