Abstract:
The present application provides a method and apparatus for transmitting data. The method for transmitting data comprises: a first device sends a Physical Layer Protocol Data Unit (PPDU) to a second device, a channel bandwidth occupied by the PPDU being N 20 MHzs, the PPDU comprising a preamble sequence having a backward compatibility function and a first extremely high throughput long training sequence EHT-LTF, the first EHT-LTF being born on a first subcarrier set, the first subcarrier set comprising one or more subcarriers in subcarriers except for the subcarriers bearing the preamble sequence having the backward compatibility function and direct current subcarriers on the channel of the N 20 MHzs, and N being an integer greater than or equal to 2; and the second device receives the PPDU sent by the first device. The method for transmitting data in the embodiments of the present application, channel granularity for transmitting a physical layer service data unit is improved, facilitating improving a utilization rate of the channel.
