Abstract:
Provided in the embodiments of the present disclosure are a method and apparatus for transmitting interaction information, and a storage medium and an electronic apparatus. The method comprises: acquiring a target request, which is sent by a target terminal, wherein the target request is a request that is generated by a target account on the target terminal calling a target number; in response to the target request, establishing a target data channel, and acquiring first identification information of the target terminal and/or second identification information of the target account; acquiring menu items that match the first identification information and/or the second identification information; forming a target menu item list in the format of a picture from the menu items, and sending the target menu item list to the target terminal by means of the target data channel, wherein the menu items in the target menu item list are set to allow an interaction operation to be performed thereon; and acquiring, by means of the target data channel, first interaction information, which is generated by the target terminal executing an interaction operation on the target menu item list.
