Abstract:
The present invention provides a method and an apparatus for transmitting a synchronization signal in a wireless access system. As an example, the present invention may be also applied to a wireless access system for supporting narrow band internet of things (NB-IoT). In the present invention, proposed is a method for mapping a primary synchronization signal (NSS) to a plurality of orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) symbols separated by cyclic prefix (CP).
