Abstract:
The present disclosure provides a method and apparatus for transmitting an uplink resource, and a device and a readable storage medium, which are applied to the technical field of wireless communications. The method comprises: determining a first PUSCH resource prior to a starting moment of an on-duration of a connected-discontinuous reception (C-DRX), wherein the first PUSCH resource is configured and authorized by means of high-level signaling; and when a dynamically scheduled PUSCH resource is not acquired within a non-activation period of the C-DRX, using the first PUSCH resource to send uplink data.
