Abstract:
A method and apparatus for transmitting a wake-up frame to a wireless LAN system are proposed. Specifically, a transmission apparatus configures a PPDU to which a first wireless LAN system is applied. The transmission apparatus transmits a wake-up frame to which the second wireless LAN system is applied, through the PPDU. The PPDU comprises a signal field and a data field. The data field is transmitted through at least one RU corresponding to a first frequency band indicated by the signal field. The wake-up frame is transmitted through a center 26-RU positioned at the center of a second frequency band included in the first frequency band. An OOK method is applied to the wake-up frame and thus the wake-up frame consists of an ON signal and an OFF signal. The ON signal applies a first sequence to 13 consecutive subcarriers in the 20 MHz band, by performing 64-point IFFT delivers through a generated ON symbol.
