Abstract:
The present application relates to a method for use in settling car insurance claims, comprising: receiving a car insurance investigation task, said car insurance investigation task carrying an accident location; capturing position information of an investigation terminal, and when said position information matches said accident location, allowing an input operation of an investigator to be received; acquiring investigation information inputted by the investigator, said investigation information comprising an investigation item and a corresponding investigation quote; uploading said investigation information to a server such that the server carries out comparison on said investigation information according to a preset rule; if said investigation information conforms to said preset rule, and if the investigation quote is less than or equal to a preset value, then said investigation item and the investigation quote are recorded as a loss assessment item and loss assessment sum which correspond to a car insurance claim.
