Title:
METHOD FOR APPLYING CONSTRUCTION ELEVATOR LIFTING HEIGHT EXTENSION TECHNOLOGY
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2020/035933
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is a method for applying a construction elevator lifting height extension technology, said method allowing the removal of a restriction on the maximum height for which service is possible in a construction elevator. This method for applying a construction elevator lifting height extension technology comprises: a first raising/lowering range extension step in which at least one of a cage buffer (8) and a counterweight buffer (9) is installed and the relative position of a machine room unit (3) is raised, said relative position being with regard to a pit unit (7) that can lift and lower a hoistway below the machine room unit (3); a raising/lowering range shifting step in which the raising/lowering range is shifted in accordance with the progress of building construction, by raising the pit unit (7) in the direction in which the machine room unit (3), which has a temporary traction machine (4) installed therein, rises; and a second raising/lowering range extension step in which a permanent traction machine (14) is installed, and the position of the pit unit (7) is lowered, or a new pit machine is installed.
