Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for ascertaining an inclination (α) of a vehicle body (110) of a vehicle (100) relative to a street (200) by means of a first sensing device (115) provided in a stationary manner with respect to the vehicle component (110), by means of a second sensing device (125) which is assigned to a wheel (120) of the vehicle (100), and by means of a third sensing device. The method has the following steps: the first sensing device (115) is used to ascertain an acceleration (ax) of the vehicle body (110) in the vehicle longitudinal direction (x), the first sensing device (115) is used to ascertain an acceleration (az) of the vehicle (100) in the direction of a vehicle (100) vertical axis (z) which is orthogonal to the vehicle longitudinal direction, the second sensing device (125) is used to ascertain an acceleration (astr) of the vehicle (100) in the direction of the street (200), and the third sensing device is used to ascertain a gravitational acceleration component (gx) acting in the vehicle longitudinal direction (x) and a gravitational acceleration component (gz) acting in the vertical axis direction (z) of the vehicle (100) on the basis of the gravitational acceleration (g). The inclination (α) of the vehicle body (110) relative to the street (200) is ascertained using the formula α = arcsin (-ax/R)- arctan (B/A) or a conversion of said calculation into numerical mathematical algorithms, wherein R=√(A2 + B2), A=g⋅cos(ß), B=g⋅sin(ß)-astr, and ß=-arcsin{((a2 x+az z-a2 str-gz)/2⋅astr⋅g}.
