Abstract:
A method for assaying acrylamide in a coating product, comprising the following steps: crushing a coating product; extracting the crushed coating product using a first extractant to obtain a first extract liquid; sequentially performing bromination derivative treatment, bromine removal treatment and centrifugation treatment on the first extraction liquid, and collecting a supernatant; extracting the supernatant using a second extractant to obtain a second extract liquid; purifying and concentrating the second extract to obtain a sample solution to be tested; and assaying acrylamide content in the sample solution to be tested. By means of generating 2,3-dibromopropionamide from an acrylamide bromination reaction, polarity and solubility are changed. An organic phase is collected, which facilitates purification treatment and increases a recovery rate. By means of further purification and concentration, an impurity peak is reduced, and the detection limit is lowered. Finally, when using a gas chromatograph having an electron capture detector for assaying, 2,3-dibromopropionamide has a higher response value on the electron capture detector and has higher sensitivity.
