Abstract:
Provided is a method of assembling a medicament injection device (1) comprising the following steps: a step of integrally securing a needle tube (3) and a needle hub (4) together by high-frequency welding; a step of radiation sterilizing the needle tube (3) and the needle hub (4); a step of performing sterilization treatment which generates heat to a housing (2) into which medicament (M) is filled; a step of aseptically transporting the needle hub (4) which has been subjected to radiation sterilization into an isolator device (H); a step of securing the needle hub (4) and the housing (2) together under a sterile environment in the isolator device (H); and a step of filling the housing (2) to which the needle hub (4) is secured with the medicament (M) under a sterile environment.
