Abstract:
A method for assembling and welding a trough-type bulkhead (1) and an anti-accumulation plate (3) of a cargo oil tank of a ship, comprising the following steps: S10, after an anti-accumulation plate (3) is assembled in place, opening a 50° groove at one end on an outer side of the anti-accumulation plate (3) that is connected to a trough-type bulkhead (1), a groove gap being 5-10 mm; S20, attaching a liner (6) to an inner side of the anti-accumulation plate (3); S30, performing backing welding on the groove at the outer side of the anti-accumulation plate (3); S40, performing reverse welding on the inner side of the anti-accumulation plate (3); S50, performing cover welding on the outer side of the anti-accumulation plate (3) so as to complete the weld. By means of opening a single-side groove on the anti-accumulation plate (3) and on the outer side thereof, a process of opening a groove on the inner side of the anti-accumulation plate (3) may be omitted, and the gap of the groove may be increased; moreover, combining the liner (6) on the inner side of the anti-accumulation plate (3), welding work may be adjusted to the outer side of the anti-sliding plate (3) as much as possible during the welding of the anti-accumulation plate (3), thus the welding workload on the inner side of the anti-accumulation plate (3) is greatly reduced, thereby decreasing operation difficulty, improving the working environment, and improving welding quality.
