Abstract:
The invention is related to method of determining the risk of having autistic children in sperm samples of fathers having more than one autistic child with markers which can be used of autism diagnosis of miR-19a-3p, miR-361-5p, miR-3613-3p, miR-150-5p, miR-126-3p, miR-499a-5p in the serum of autistic children, their parents and healthy siblings.
