A method for automatically aligning a three-dimensional single tooth model on three-dimensional oral scan data comprises the steps of: determining oral scan feature points of three-dimensional oral scan data and tooth curves formed by teeth in the three-dimensional oral scan data; determining a margin line and a region of interest of a target tooth in the three-dimensional oral scan data; determining a first axis, a second axis, and a third axis of the three-dimensional oral scan data in the region of interest on the basis of the oral scan feature points; determining a single tooth feature point of a three-dimensional single tooth model; determining a fourth axis, a fifth axis, and a sixth axis of the three-dimensional single tooth model on the basis of the single tooth feature point; and aligning the three-dimensional single tooth model on the three-dimensional oral scan data such that the fourth axis, the fifth axis, and the sixth axis of the three-dimensional single tooth model coincide with the first axis, the second axis, and the third axis of the three-dimensional oral scan data, respectively.
