Abstract:
Provided is a method for preventing or treating tumor progression or tumor recurrence comprising administering to a subject in need thereof a therapeutically effective amount of an agent disrupting Musashi-1 (MSI1) /Argonaute 2 (AGO2) interaction. Also provided is a composition or pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating tumor progression or tumor recurrence, which comprises an agent disrupting Musashi-1 (MSI1) /Argonaute 2 (AGO2) interaction.
