Title:
METHOD FOR ADHERING/SEPARATING BODIES TO BE ADHERED, AND METAL COMPOSITE MATERIAL
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2015/159784
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A bolt (50) and the threaded portion (61) of a nut (60) are heated. Thus, when a metal paste (10) is heated, first metallic particles (11) are melted. After the heating is completed the first metal cools naturally and solidifies to form a first metal phase (12). Consequently, a first metal member (20), wherein second metal particles (21) are included in the first metal phase (12), is generated. Then, the bolt (50) and the threaded portion (61) of the nut (60) are adhered to each other with the first metal member (20) therebetween. Next, the bolt (50) and the nut (60) are reheated. Consequently, the first metal and the second metal react and generate an intermetallic compound member (30). Next, the bolt (50) and the nut (60) are separated, with the intermetallic compound member (30) as the separation portion.
