Abstract:
The present application relates to the technical field of vehicle interior trim, in particular to a method for bonding microfiber fabric on a roof. The method specifically comprises the steps of: rolling fabric with glue, involving applying an adhesive to the surface of the fabric fitted to a base material; atomizing and spraying, involving: spraying a surface of the fabric with softened water, so that a spray layer uniformly covers the surface of the fabric; and performing high-temperature pressure bonding, involving: combining the sprayed fabric with the base material, and putting same into a mold for pressure bonding. The method for bonding microfiber fabric on a roof utilizes the three characteristics, i.e. the microfiber fabric is heated more uniformly and rapidly under the condition of high humidity, the elongation is greatly improved under the condition of high temperature, and surface microfibers are not prone to damage by high temperature under the condition of high humidity, so that the microfiber fabric is easier to process, microfiber piles are protected, and the fitting effect is improved.
