Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method and a building structure for reducing noise between floors of a building, which have been developed in order to reduce impact sound or noise (hereinafter, referred to as "noise between floors") generated from the upper floors of an apartment housing such as an apartment or various multi-story buildings and, more specifically, to a method for reducing noise between floors of a building and a building structure, which significantly reduce noise between floors, transmitted to the lower floors, by means of a novel method for separating a ceiling slab of the building from the wall of the lower floor. The present invention provides the novel method and structure for forming the ceiling slab such that the ceiling slab is not directly supported by the upper surface of the lower floor wall and spaced therefrom, by forming a supporting step at the inner side of the upper end portion of the lower floor wall, paving a noise isolation material or a water stop plate on the upper surface of the supporting step, and forming the ceiling slab thereon, and thus exhibits an effect of significantly reducing noise between floors so as to enable a pleasant residential environment to be provided. In addition, reduction in construction costs can be implemented since a gang form is integrated and the construction of noise isolation becomes unnecessary afterward, and shaking caused by earthquakes can be received therein since the lower floor wall and the ceiling slab are not integrally cured, and thus safer building can be expected.
