Abstract:
A method for calculating a drinking time. The method comprises the following steps: extracting a plurality of blood samples within 0-120 h after drinking is started, and then measuring the concentrations of alcohol, EtG and EtS in the corresponding blood samples, and thereby obtaining an average concentration ratio CEtG/CEtS of EtG and EtS; obtaining a quadratic regression equation by taking the average concentration ratio CEtG/CEtS as a transverse coordinate and taking a sampling time as a vertical coordinate; and taking a blood sample to be tested, measuring CEtG/CEtS of the blood sample to be tested, and calculating a drinking time according to a relationship between the drinking time and the average concentration ratio CEtG/CEtS in the quadratic regression equation. A drinking time is calculated by using a change rule of a concentration ratio between non-oxidizing metabolites in alcohol over time, thereby avoiding the problem of inevitable external interference as in traditional methods.
