Abstract:
The present application is applicable to the technical field of communications. Provided are a method for calling a target customer, and a service terminal, a server and a computer-readable storage medium. The calling method comprises: receiving target customer selection information, and generating, according to the target customer selection information, a call instruction and sending same to a server, wherein the call instruction comprises a service terminal identifier and a target customer identifier, so that the server acquires, according to the call instruction, contact information corresponding to the target customer identifier, and sends, to a customer terminal corresponding to the contact information, a call request from the service terminal to the customer terminal; and receiving voice information which is collected by the customer terminal and is forwarded, in real time, by the server. The calling method can prevent contact information about a customer from being leaked and facilitate customer information management.
