Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for in vitro cultivating stem and progenitor cells in predefined conditions using an accurately defined composition media and to other described inventive subjects. The inventive method is characterised in that it consists in cultivating, preferably multiplying, stem and progenitor cells in a medium additionally containing one or several defined (preferably) substances or the substance mixtures which can simulate matrix and/or cell-cell contacts.
