Abstract:
The invention describes a commercially viable method for cationising and dyeing fabrics, in particular applicable to cellulosic fabrics, fabrics of cellulosic blends, and light woven fabrics. The invention is implemented by means of a device as an industrial production system, which includes induction and padding steps. The claimed method applies anionic dyes to the cationised fabric in a more environmentally friendly manner than that described in the prior art, without using sodium chloride, sodium sulphate or other polluting electrolytes, and considerably reduces the amount of environment-damaging effluent agents.
