Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for cleaning a dyeing bath of a supercritical carbon dioxide dyeing machine, the method having a technical feature of comprising: a separation material feeding step of feeding a separation material into a dye bath or a dyeing bath; a cleaning step of driving a dyeing machine for a predetermined time to dissolve dyes in supercritical carbon dioxide to result in the adsorption between the separation material and the dyes; a separation material replacing step of replacing the separation material fed into the dye bath or the dyeing bath with a new separation material; a confirmatory cleaning step of operating the dyeing machine for a predetermined time to feed supercritical carbon dioxide into the dye bath and the dyeing bath; and a separation material checking step of checking the state of the separation material fed into the dye bath or the dyeing bath after the finishing of confirmatory cleaning, whereby the method can efficiently remove the dyes remaining inside the dyeing bath by adsorption, thus facilitating the cleaning of the dyeing bath of the supercritical carbon dioxide dyeing machine and attaining the reduction in the cleaning time and cleaning cost.
