Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for collecting, cleaning and drying solid particles using pneumatic conveying, and an apparatus therefor. In the method, a sample mixture (17) containing solid particles is firstly collected and conveyed, by means of a pneumatic conveying air flow, into a solid particle collection and treatment apparatus (1); then, the collected sample mixture (17) containing solid particles is subjected, in the solid particle collection and treatment apparatus (1), by means of the pneumatic conveying air flow and a cleaning liquid (18), to disturbance, dilution, filtration and cleaning for the solid particle sample; and the waste cleaning liquid is then subjected to waste discharge and disposal by means of the pneumatic conveying air flow, and finally, the cleaned solid particle sample is dried with the pneumatic conveying air flow.
